Able’s physical infrastructure is hosted and managed byAmazon Web Services (AWS). AWS’s data center operations have been accredited under ISO27001, SOC 1/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402, and PCI.
All communications are encrypted over SSL. Sensitive data and e-signed documents are encrypted at rest. Each user maintains a unique username and password and must activate their account. Users are assigned role-based access to data and signed documents.
Able leverages the HelloSign API for secure e-signatures. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. All servers are housed in a SAS70 Type II, SSAE16 facility that has achieved ISO 27001 certification. All transactions are backed by a detailed audit trail, including IP address. HelloSign complies with the U.S. ESIGN Act, the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and the European Union eIDAS (EU NO.910/20145).
