With over 10 years of experience in the staffing and employment industry, Maggie has helped small to large organizations improve their operations and processes in order to provide a more personal experience to all stakeholders. She has a passion for helping others and believes that the staffing industry is a vehicle to make an impact on many lives. Maggie volunteers for the American Staffing Association on the North Carolina State Council and serves as the Scholarship Taskforce Chair on the Women in Leadership Council. Maggie was recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as a 2021 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Influencer.


Maggie adores her two pups, enjoys relaxing in the sun, and getting lost in a book or podcast. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics, Statistics from the University of Maryland and a Master’s of Business Administration in Management from Loyola University.

With a focus on professional services, Julie has helped businesses with talent management as an internal recruiter and in an agency environment.

Julie enjoys learning about individuals and helping them to achieve their career goals, and offers career coaching both professionally and over cocktails. In her spare time, Julie enjoys raising two tiny humans, cooking, and reading. She has an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, a BSBA in Accounting from Bowling Green State University, and earned her PHR certification in 2011.

Cassi Harris is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at American Family Insurance in Madison, Wisconsin, and creator of the Recruiters Against Ghosting LinkedIn group. She started her career as a staffing agent in Minneapolis, MN and had her own boutique agency, ExecuPlace Talent, for many years. She has recruited in almost every area of business and healthcare, but now works specifically with the AmFam Sales Talent Acquisition team. In her non-recruiting life, Cassi is a local comedy writer and actor.

Cassi started Recruiters Against Ghosting, an open discussion group, in response to the many posts she received on LinkedIn from individuals who had personally experienced ghosting, both in the job-seeking and the recruiting process.
