Jeff Wald is the Founder of WorkMarket, an enterprise software platform that enables companies to manage freelancers (acquired by ADP). Jeff has founded several other technology companies, including Spinback, a social sharing platform (eventually purchased by salesforce.com). Jeff began his career in finance, serving as Managing Director at activist hedge fund Barington Capital Group, a Vice President at venture capital firm GlenRock and various roles in the M&amp;A Group at JP Morgan.

Jeff is an active angel investor and startup advisor, as well as serving on numerous public and private Boards of Directors.  He also formerly served as an officer in the Auxiliary Unit of the New York Police Department.  Jeff is the author of The Birthday Rules and the Amazon Best Seller The End of Jobs: The Rise of On-Demand Workers and Agile Corporations. Jeff frequently speaks at conferences and in media on startups and labor issues.

Jeff holds an MBA from Harvard University and an MS and BS from Cornell University.

As Chief Operating Officer at The Delta Companies, DeLibra Wesley oversees all aspects of Operations within the enterprise. With over seventeen years of healthcare staffing experience, DeLibra has the unique expertise to support any back-office challenges, including training, quality measurement, compliance, project management, and business development. She serves as a strategic business partner to the TDC executive team by initiating development and improvements to best meet company goals and stay ahead of changes within the industry.

In 2019, DeLibra spearheaded, and currently leads, the firm’s Diversity Council which focuses on diversity and inclusion efforts, including trainings on sensitivity and unconscious biases as well as diversifying the leadership demographic.

DeLibra has been recognized with numerous internal and external industry accolades, including two-time SIA’s Global Power 150- Women in Staffing. However, she takes most pride in leading a team that embraces and cultivates a culture of service.

DeLibra is a single mother of two boys. Tristen, an avid football lover, and Trace, who loves music and drawing. When her schedule allows, she loves to travel, visit museums, and attend concerts and plays.
