A New Chapter For Able: Introducing Able For Salesforce

Continuing Our Commitment To Onboarding That Puts People First 

Here at Able, 2021 has been a year of evolution: a year of pushing ourselves to explore new ways to step up to the plate for our employees, our customers, the recruiting and staffing industry at-large, and the hundreds of thousands of workers who find our technology being the final tool between them and a great first day at a new job. 

We’ve challenged ourselves to gain an even greater understanding of our core product Able, much of which was precipitated by the significant growth we experienced across our business this year. We saw the number of recruiters and administrators using Able rise 212% since June and the number of onboards completed in Able has increased 377% since May.

While there have been many new learnings from this growth, what we have found even more powerful was how this year reaffirmed the core tenets that guide the work we do everyday at Able:

  • The people experience—for both candidates and recruiters—matters more than any one cool feature or functionality, 
  • Hiring can be stressful. Work can be stressful. The technology that facilitates the process between the two must be simple, effective, and people-centric. 
  • There is a continually growing need for accessible, world-class onboarding via onboarding automation within the staffing and recruiting industry and beyond. 

In tandem, we are acutely aware of the growing challenges faced by recruiters and hiring managers that can make their day-to-day work extremely difficult, particularly in today’s volatile job market. In fact, as we continue to build our vision for the future of automated onboarding we are keeping four key hiring obstacles in mind:

  • The burden of time-intensive manual processes and paperwork
  • The cost of high candidate drop-off and low recruiter productivity
  • The hassle of tracking candidate data across multiple systems 
  • The lack of meaningful insights and analytics into the workings of your onboarding workflow

With these in mind, today we embark on a new path of our product journey, centered in people and what we love the most: helping more people get to work. Our goal of making the staple features and functionality of Able accessible to anyone looking to hire great talent and provide a great candidate experience along the way, no matter their selected ATS system, is now coming further into fruition.
