Continuing Our Commitment To Onboarding That Puts People First
Here at Able, 2020 has been a year of evolution: a year of pushing ourselves to explore new ways to step up to the plate for our employees, our customers, the recruiting and staffing industry at-large, and the hundreds of thousands of workers who find our technology being the final tool between them and a great first day at a new job.
We’ve challenged ourselves to gain an even greater understanding of our core product Able, much of which was precipitated by the significant growth we experienced across our business this year. We saw the number of recruiters and administrators using Able rise 212% since June and the number of onboards completed in Able has increased 377% since May.
While there have been many new learnings from this growth, what we have found even more powerful was how this year reaffirmed the core tenets that guide the work we do everyday at Able:
In tandem, we are acutely aware of the growing challenges faced by recruiters and hiring managers that can make their day-to-day work extremely difficult, particularly in today’s volatile job market. In fact, as we continue to build our vision for the future of automated onboarding we are keeping four key hiring obstacles in mind:
With these in mind, today we embark on a new path of our product journey, centered in people and what we love the most: helping more people get to work. Our goal of making the staple features and functionality of Able accessible to anyone looking to hire great talent and provide a great candidate experience along the way, no matter their selected ATS system, is now coming further into fruition. We’re excited to share with you Able for Salesforce.
Able for Salesforce is a native Salesforce application that offers the same comprehensive features and automation capabilities as the Able core platform, now available in Salesforce. Continuing our commitment to simplifying the complexity of onboarding prospective employees while delivering a best-in-class candidate and recruiter experience on any device, Able for Salesforce allows you to empower your team to focus on what matters most—hiring top talent—while the rest is handled in the world’s #1 CRM platform. Let’s walk through some of the key feature highlights:
Salesforce offers powerful workflows, robust reporting, and the configurability to provide your staffing firm a clear competitive advantage. Able for Salesforce builds off of the functionality within the Salesforce platform to create an enhanced, top-tier onboarding workflow with Able core dynamic features like remote I-9s, integrated background checks, automatic reminders, along with credential management and skills checklists for more complex healthcare hiring.
Long gone are the days of blindly making critical decisions on your hiring processes due to a lack of visibility and tangible data into your onboarding workflow performance. With all of your onboarding data now in Salesforce, you can utilize Salesforce’s built-in reporting, analytics, and system dashboards to enable smarter decision-making as talent moves from applicant to candidate. With Able for Salesforce, take informed actions to move the needle on key measurements of performance such as time to hire, recruiter productivity and much more.
Bringing new talent on board can grow in complexity depending on the candidate, the industry, and the required documentation and credentials. Able for Salesforce offers the configurability to create the automated onboarding workflows to match your business needs, from simple to the most complex. Combine the many out of the box features, like the remote I-9s, skills checklists and more, into custom onboarding packages to help you tackle complexity head on, while improving the candidate and recruiter experience in the process.
A seamless mobile-first experience for candidates is in our roots as Able. That’s why we’re excited to offer the same responsive, mobile-first design, along with our user friendly UI through Able for Salesforce. Candidates are often onboarding on the go, so the ability to easily remain connected and engaged, while the recruiter keeps the onboarding process moving, is critical to minimizing candidate drop off and getting them from point A to B with no interruptions.
